Griffin Parc

Pink Elementary and Griffin Middle School, both rated as Exemplary schools by the Texas Education Agency, are also located within the neighborhood. Wakeland High School is a short walk or drive from Griffin Parc’s front entrance. Our schools boast wonderful participation in the PTA’s, school activities, as well as community support from parents for sports and other extra-curricular activities.

Griffin Parc is located approximately 5 minutes from the Dallas North Tollway, Frisco Square and Library, and Pizza Hut Park (PHP). PHP is the home of our professional soccer team, FC Dallas, as well as the Frisco Roughriders (an AA team affiliated with the Texas Rangers), and is the site of many exciting concerts and events throughout the year. PHP also partners with Frisco Independent School District, allowing all the local high schools to play several football games each season in this beautiful stadium. A variety of restaurants and shopping locations are a short 5-15 minute drive from Griffin Parc.
