Getting your real estate license in the great state of Texas is not that complicated. Although it takes many agent’s multiple times to pass the exams:) (I’m not one of those people thankfully). Firstly you have to attend a “real estate school” which can be done on campus or virtually for 120 hours of classes, take both the state and national exams, write some checks or more realistically hand over your credit card number to the county, state & national Realtor associations, MLS’s, brokerages, showing service (CSS) and start a real estate career.

However getting licensed is only the first step and does not guarantee that you will be a good or even competent realtor. I believe what sets me apart from other realtors is my 15 years of business experience including 10 years of investing in real estate both international and domestic.

So when you choose a real estate professional to work with, remember that it’s what they have done with their real estate license that sets them apart from the rest of the herd.
